2. What data we collect

When you register for Magic City we collect the details from the form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, address (street, house number, postcode, city) and your invitation code. To prevent misuse we also store technical data (IP address, browser identifier) at the time of registration.

3. Purpose of processing

The data is used exclusively to organize and run the event: managing the one-time codes, the guest list and admission, and sending the confirmation and event-related information.

4. Email delivery

We use the service provider Resend (Resend, Inc.) to send the confirmation email. Your email address and first name are transmitted to Resend for delivery. More information: Resend's privacy policy

5. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or tracking.

6. Retention period

Your data is stored until the event and its follow-up are complete, and is deleted afterward. 3 months after the event.

7. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is not shared with third parties, except for the delivery provider named above.

8. Your rights
